Vision Statement
All Brockton's Children and Youth shall be prepared for a healthy adulthood in a healthy community.
Mission Statement
Brockton's Healthy Start and Future (HS&F) Promise Team shall work to identify and coordinate resources among civic, non-profit, business, and faith based organizations in an effort to ensure Brockton children and youth, aged birth to 24, the opportunity to prepare themselves for a productive and healthy adulthood. The HS & F Promise Team shall promote the development and availability of affordable and accessible physical and mental health care, as well as improve community based information sharing. The HS & F Promise Team shall meet regularly and work collaboratively with the other Promise Teams toward reaching the ultimate goal of keeping America's Promise to the children and youth of Brockton.
